Sellers who are requesting a Resale Certificate can contact Ethan Underwood via email. You must provide the following information for the Resale Certificate to be issued:

• Seller's Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address
• Seller's Real Estate Agent Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address
• Title Company Name, Agent Name, Email, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Address
